The Polyakov Mansion is an architectural landmark in the Pechersk district of Kyiv. It is located on Mykhailo Hrushevsky Street, near the Mariinsky Palace. It was built according to a design by architect F. Troopiansky in the 1910s. The house is characteristic of the early 20th-century architecture of the Lipky neighborhood.
